This is my new happy place on Friday mornings. I have met a wonderful kind person. The class is a perfect mix of intensity. A perfect wind down from my work week and the much needed attention to my self for a great start to the weekend! Thank you Laura !!!!

The Flow Depot is personally my favorite place to practice yoga in Greenville. It provides a beautiful atmosphere and top of the line coaching to help you in your Yoga Journey ! The studio offers the perfect place to practice yoga and then enjoy Hampton Station for a beer or taco after class!

As of October 2017, The Flow Depot has just opened and I would highly recommend it. I am new to yoga, more than 50 years old and the mix of ages combined with a medium slow tempo has got me much more comfortable with the practice in a short time. I actually started back in the summer before the official opening and I am hooked. I do evenings and White Duck tacos is 25 yards away so dinner is taken care of too.
Parking is available on the street in front but come two minutes earlier and park in the lot. I have heard tell that there will soon be some serious flood lights in the lot too so walking to the car will be a lot easier in the evening.
Aside from my teacher, I've met the owner and it seems to be a great crew.
