Great place to do yoga. The classes are challenging and fun. The heat really adds another element to the workout. You also feel great afterwards and it really helps soothe any body pains you may have.

I absolutely loved my experience this past Sunday at Bikram Yoga! This was my first time doing a hot yoga class and I would 100% recommend this class to anyone! The instructor seemed extremely knowledgeable and kept it at a pace that promoted a challenge but also kept it fun and within reason! I will certainly be going back for another round!

My gf and I went to their Valentines Day couples yoga and massage instructional, not knowing what to expect. We both enjoyed it thoroughly. Humorous, intentional, and very intimate. I have not been to the regular class, but if it's anything like what we experienced then I highly recommend.

The only place that serves up REAL HOT YOGA in Columbia, SC! The staff isn't really friendly at first, but they will warm up after awhile. The do not conduct hands on assistance, you will need to ask for proper techniques before or after class. They specialize in 26 poses, if you don't know. Please Look it up before attending.

Look no further! One of the best Bikram studios I have visited. The staff is great and they are very knowledgeable. Lacy, the owner is an amazing instructor and a great person. They really push you in your practice and it is reasonably priced. A must try for everyone...you will leave feeling rejuvenated every time.

We took our entire staff here and our experience was wonderful! Big, clean studio, nice showers, great instructors!
