Jason and his team are incredible. The facility has everything you need and the staff pushes you while making you proud of your progress each step of the way. If you have a past injury or existing pain, they can help you modify the workout to suit your body best. If youre looking for a facility to kick your butt, while encouraging you, YOU MUST WORK OUT HERE!! Anyone can join a $10 gym, but the investment and small group setting here motivates you to come. Athlete's Arena has been an ideal choice for me as middle-aged business owner. They keep me physically fit both in the gym and outside it. Thanks to their workouts, I've taken up open water swimming and kayaking as leisure exercise sports. I even ran 8 miles the other day which is my PR.

I started going in February and due to some major issues with TMJ could not continue. Unfortunately it was then I was informed i would not be getting a refund of my pre payments. At no time was i informed nor did I ever sign a contract stating I would be charged even though it was suggested by a doctor not to do such exercise at this time. The system works but I feel duped. I plan to follow up with my bank card for services NOT rendered.

I'm not a young athlete though - I'm a previously 50 lb overweight middle aged female with a very busy lifestyle who struggles to fit it all in. Yesterday this 50 year old 5'1" woman helped push a car out of a parking space up hill. The guy trying to do it before I helped could not get it to budge. He even had me hold the car in place while he walked around to put it in gear to keep it from rolling back into the parking space. Go me! And many thanks to AA for keeping me strong!!
