This location is non-existent. lululemon should remove this listing as to not confuse the customers.

HORRIBLE! Called 4 times no answer. Bought many items for Christmas for my wife. She spends on avg. 200-300/mth. in LULU. However today she goes into the store to return a pair of pants that were bought on 12/23/2016 that the seam is pulling apart. Sales associate tells her we can not help you with out the receipt. Since when does lulu require a receipt for their product that they clearly state they back for defect. So wife says no problem! However everything I bought you can see in the computer. She gives them her phone number and you can see that these were bought on 12/23/2016. Does this help? Assoc. response, "We are a "Boutique" we are not a "Corporate" store we cannot help you without a receipt." Wife says no problem I will now return all $1013.00 in product and travel to Charolette or Charleston to buy since they obviously HAVE WAY BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE. Guess the little boutique can keep a customer better then the corporate store. OBVIOUSLY NOT!
