CFSC has the most fun and challenging workouts, diligent coaching, and supportive and encouraging community of members I have ever been a part of. This gym will not only make you a better athlete, but will help you live your best, healthiest, and most functional life.

Legitimately hands down the BEST crossfit gym and family I have ever seen much less been a part of. I've been fortunate enough to be able to visit crossfit gyms all over the country, and I have yet to find a gym as welcoming, tight-knit, judgement/ego-free as this one. For those of you who want to reach your physical peak out there, Josh's programming is legit. I've studied programming and followed many different programs, and his is superior. The program truly can push the most skilled athlete, if you do it right. Amazing strength gains, and my conidioning is the best its ever been. Whether you come for the fitness, and gain a family in the process, or vice versa, Josh's gym is legitimately the best choice you'll ever make.
