Beautiful studio, huge space, but I didn't feel welcome at all. The instructor was sort of pushy for a restorative class and her attire wasn't in line with the vibe of the place at all. Great location but not my favorite studio.

Absolutely love this studio! The classes are engaging, fun, and relaxing. I'm shocked at how wonderful of a workout it truly is. This experience is made more meaningful by the awesome staff. I always feel welcomed and relaxed.

Columbia is lucky to have such an incredibly authentic, masterful studio. Kyra is phenomenal as are her teachers. This really is a yogi's yoga studio.

I went to the early session this morning at 6:30. When I walked through the door, I was greeted warmly by Dara, who also did an excellent job running the class. I'm an absolute beginner, and Dara helped me get my poses right. It was an amazing experience, and the location and people are superb. Thanks Dara!

Douglas really impressed Mr with her instructional ability. The environment is very welcoming and tastefully designed. I especially like the sliding doors. This really is the best yoga studio in town.
