Great gym if you're looking for that old school funky vybe!! It's what I prefer. Mom and pop owned and they are the kindest people to deal with.
Recently switched to Bodyquest and glad to have done so. Never overcrowded, has all the equipment of the commercial gyms, and great owners who want you to succeed. I plan to be a long time member.
When I moved from springdale to Lexington I kept my membership here! Well worth the drive for the awesome atmosphere and local caring owners. I would recommend this gym!
Ran by a husband and wife, open 24 hours. Great customer care when I walked in the first time they explained everything well and make you feel at home. A real judgement free zone.

The best gym ever! I can't imagine ever going to any other gym but BQ fitness! Such a positive atmosphere and the owners are amazing! They have great rates on personal training and where else can you get 24 hour access?
I've been a member of Body Quest Fitness for years. The 24hr access is amazing. I can always find time to workout and it's never too crowded. Taking advantage of their classes and boot-camps throughout the week is a no-brainer. The owners have the knowledge, experience, and motivation to get you not only to where you want to be but to where you never thought you could be. If there's one thing I could say about this gym it's that it has one thing you can't get from any other gym: Family. The people who own and run this gym care about the members.
