Coastal Rowing Studio has truly has changed my life. I have been rowing and working out there for almost one year. In that time I have become so much stronger and for the first time in my life actually look forward to working out!! I am as committed to them as they are to me!!!!

Best place I ever worked out. Everyone very knowledgeable and will guide you to a healthier lifestyle. On site are certified Concept 2 rowing instructors, personal trainers, nutritionist, and certified Yoga instructor. Good variety on class hours. A very well kept, neat and clean place. Best of all check out the price! Coastal Rowing Studio has put me in the best shape I've ever been in today.

Just completed my first FitRow class. I thought I was in decent shape as I'm a competitive paddler, surfer, and outdoor circuit training kinda girl. Tonight I kinda got my butt whooped (in a good way). If you are wanting a full body workout that will push you to your limits, then this one is for you.
We partnered up by groups of (3).
30 minutes:
Partner 1: Rowed to 200 meters (Rower is the time keeper and will switch off with Partner 2).
Partner 2: Ab ground work w/ medicine ball of your choice. Russian twist and heel taps
Partner 3: The killer TRX Bands. Upper body push presses and Lat pulls.
*The ERG/ Rower piece is no joke. This gets me every time. I am humbled.
