Just completed my first FitRow class. I thought I was in decent shape as I'm a competitive paddler, surfer, and outdoor circuit training kinda girl. Tonight I kinda got my butt whooped (in a good way). If you are wanting a full body workout that will push you to your limits, then this one is for you.
We partnered up by groups of (3).
30 minutes:
Partner 1: Rowed to 200 meters (Rower is the time keeper and will switch off with Partner 2).
Partner 2: Ab ground work w/ medicine ball of your choice. Russian twist and heel taps
Partner 3: The killer TRX Bands. Upper body push presses and Lat pulls.
*The ERG/ Rower piece is no joke. This gets me every time. I am humbled.
