Great place with loud music. They have all the best equipment to get huge. Offer a military discount and the staff and owners are super nice. Feel free to slam weights and grunt as much as you need to get results. They have one bathroom and one shower. No real locker room just a changing room. I was really sad leaving here. Great place to get motivated.

I had a very awkward and creepy experience with AE fitness. I do not leave reviews often, but, I attempted to consult with the owner and manager of ae fit. Both were very awkward to talk with. It seems as if they had no idea what they were talking about, especially the owner of the gym. I am 43 now and have been a member of many different gyms. I've worked with trainers over the years and this was by far the worst and most awkward experience I've had. Although I decided to proceed with the gym, I had a disappointing "trial" workout. I'm not sure if they connect to a certain type of group, but it certainly was not for me. I am currently working with a gym in James Island which is wonderful. Please look elsewhere when it comes to fitness and your personal health.

Super clean gym with a great lifting environment. They have a lot of specialty equipment from Safety Squat Bars to Deadlift Bars. There are a ton of Ohio power Bars, bands and chains. I personally train conjugate style and this gym facilitates this. Several other power lifters also which are helpful and encouraging.
