I don't doubt that these folks are very knowledgeable about physical fitness. But their ethics are questionable. One day after $149 was charged to our bank account for my husband's month-to-month membership, we kindly asked for a refund; my husband had lost his job two days prior. We have a 22-month-old son and were suddenly and unexpectedly without an income. I asked if, at the very least, they could give even a partial refund. The answer was no because of "policies." To make matters worse, their attitude was very flippant and uncaring. There are several other CrossFit gyms in our area, and I would highly recommend seeking out those over Lowcountry CrossFit, who cares only about making a fast buck and nothing about the people who support it.
Very accommodating staff. Was running late to their last class of the day and they let me right in. Great box and staff. Will be back when in town!
Good coaches, friendly athletes. Slightly expensive drop in (with no free t-shirt!).
