The property is beautiful, and service at the desk was terrific. The room was large, well-furnished, and very clean. I really appreciated the attention to detail that went into making the room special. Breakfast was delicious, and the check-out snack was a lovely surprise! If I'm back in the neighborhood, this will be the first hotel I look to.

Rooms are beautiful - clean, large showers, lovely balcony, comfortable bed. Jennifer the innkeeper went above and beyond to accommodate us - very friendly staff. Breakfast was wonderful - delicious eggs and sausage gravy and the decor is fantastic. Quiet part of town with still plenty of options for food and drink. Looking forward to staying here again.

Zero complaints. It was my first time visiting Charleston, and this was the perfect stay! So cozy, quiet, and the perfect location! I had to check in very late, and Brielle at the front desk was very helpful and understanding with that! Highly recommend staying here! :)

This was a King bed - Very very nice. Doesn't feel like a hotel. Very nice area too with pools and tennis courts down the block in the ion club which happens to be part of your stay. Breakfast was a bit better than average but nonetheless would stay again without a doubt.

Very nice place in a good location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I'm giving them a 3 because the walls are VERY thin. We could hear everything from the room next door. There was also a lot of road noise. If you plan on sleeping in some, it is difficult. And last, the breakfast was made to order during the week but premade on the weekend. If you are going during the week, better.

Next best place to stay if you don't want to spend $300 in downtown Charleston. Very quaint neighborhood of million dollar Charleston style homes. A lovely Inn just 7 minutes from downtown.
