CPY is so much more than just a place to do yoga poses. It's a full-on practice, complete with a beautiful community of people. Every teacher is so unique, there's no way you can't find what you're looking for in a yoga practice. The Baptiste method is accessible for everyone - I've done classes pre-pregnancy and throughout my second trimester so far, and I've never felt uncomfortable of confused when I'm modifying. Highly recommend!

Charleston Power Yoga is great! Small studio, heated vinyasa classes that leave me feeling invigorated. Teachers are energetic with good music and motivation.

Absolutely the best! Wonderful full body workout with focus on strength, stretch and overall wellness! I always leave feeling amazing! Highly recommend!

My daughter introduced me to hot yoga and I was immediately hooked. I have been to five classes so far and all the teachers have been GREAT!!! I really get a good work out and feel awesome when I leave. Thank you Charleston Power Yoga!!

Haven't done yoga in awhile and Charleston Power Yoga was a great way to get back into it! Their intro offer is amazing for two weeks for $29 I got to sample tons of different teachers and get an idea for realistically how often I would go! Great classes for both beginners and experts!

Nice, quaint studio without useless fluff. Atmosphere was comfortable and I felt at ease going at my own pace. I do not feel comfortable with the handstand option in class and know that many folks, including myself, do not have the proper strength to safely perform this shape. I've seen this at other Baptiste studios. There was no intimidation factor here to come into shapes that were not right for my body. The instructors all seem to have various experience levels when teaching and I've found certain instructors more effective than others at sequencing. I'll be back. Thanks for a great experience
