I'm in the market for a new gym and utilized the free trial pass for 02 Fitness. The free pass was actually pressure free, just a quick discussion of my interests in a gym and if I needed a tour (which I didn't). I worked out for 90 minutes on a Tuesday around 5:00pm, it never became to crowded and I never had the "big box" gym vibe. I think they could use a little bit of a face lift with some of there equipment otherwise it is a good simple gym. I didn't choose to purchase a membership here because there price point is a bit too high for what the offer (size, equipment quality).

Supposed to be 24 hours but my key card never works - I have made many failed trips to the gym. When I told the staff member they shrugged and said yea it doesn't work often. ???
Also O2 has mysteriously charged my card and I experience the EXACT same lack of follow up that other reviewers report - when I go in person to Johnnie Dodda the manager is not in and they take my number. When I call the manager is not in and they take my number. When I email no response, and never get calls back.
Cancelled my and my husband's membership - would recommend you seek a gym that attends more to maintenance and customer service.
2 stars because although it's small it has all the essentials, and I would enjoy it if the door were functional and the management would follow up on overcharges. The Johnnie Dodds yoga classes are decent too.

One of the friendliest, cleanest gyms I have ever been to. It's small but the space is used efficiently, and Jay at the front desk creates an fun, welcoming environment for everyone. Could not have been more pleased with my experience here.

This is one of the least professional gyms I have ever been to, and they have terrible customer service. I have been overcharged multiple times which I attempted to resolve via email but I was ignored. I tried resolving it via phone call and was told they'd "take care of it" but nothing resulted from that. I even went in in person during their posted staffing hours, but was not able to find a staff member. Finally after months of trying to get contact and being given the run around, I was told by the regional manager of the location that she would make sure my account was put on hold, as I had requested months ago, and my account would be refunded. Only to find that 2 months later they were back to overcharging my account, without my consent, to the tune of double their standard monthly rate. I canceled my account with them and am currently waiting for a refund. You should not trust this gym with your bank account information because they will try to overcharge you without you noticing.

24-hour per day access to equipment. Small area for equipment so I rated it a 4. The staff keeps the equipment and room clean.

Love the new management. The personal trainers are very thorough. Looking forward to getting back in shape in 2014.

Small and old. WiFi barely ever works because of poor connection. Mismatched 65 lb dumbbell, pretty unacceptable for a gym. Order a new one already.
