Barre Evolution in Mt. Pleasant is hands down my favorite Barre Studio in town. Maria and her team always welcome you with a warm hello and make you immediately feel part of their community. I love how professional the girls are. During class they walk around and make sure you do the exercises right and correct you if necessary. This is so important to me and a big plus at Barre Evolution! The coaches always give you options to modify so no matter what fitness level you are at you can participate. Another plus is the time they take for warming up and stretching. At the end of the day you always leave the studio satisfied and with a smile on your face :)

I had a great experience at Barre Evolution. It was my first time taking a class and I felt well cared for and the teachers were extremely kind and informative. Looking forward to going again!

Barre Evolution is hands-down my favorite barre studio, and I go to studios across the United States. The instructors are ALL wonderful!! I truly enjoy each flair and flavor that the staff has to offer. You're always greeted and welcomed with a smile. It has become a community for me, and I look forward to attending class-no matter how difficult and how much it burns!- because the instructors and owners brighten my day. I highly recommend either studio. There is also one in West Ashley with windows. Very nice too!

I just started 3 weeks ago. I love the classes and the instructors. The classes are a good pace for a newbie or someone with experience and I appreciate that. Love the atmosphere and how nice everyone is. Finally an exercise routine I can stick with.
If you challenge yourself during class there are no plateaus with the BE method no matter how long you've been going. The instructors are well trained, enthusiastic and each have a unique flavor they bring to the classes they teach. They make it fun to "find your edge".

New to barre and an hooked! Jo is an amazing teacher! Took one class and was instantly hooked! Take just one class and you'll be hooked as well!
