I have taken many yoga classes, different types of studios. The class I took with Muni was by far the best yoga experience I have ever had! After have two littles at home and breaking away for some "me time" this hour of yoga was exactly what I needed to relax and feel strong and rejuvenated. Highly recommend having a session with Muni! His life experience and talent is quite impressive.
