This is a great store with amazing people! I had a small issue with my new pants but brought them back within 3 days and they helped me get brand new ones shipped to my home. Everyone is always nice and offers to help out - thank you!!

This is a really nice store with nice staff and a cool waiting area in the back with a nature feel to it and a fountain. However, I can only give four stars because all of that fanciness is an attempt to mask the fact that everything is super overpriced. You can get similar quality for much less elsewhere

Maggie was amazing yesterday. Very knowledgeable about sizes , colors and fits. I picked up a pair of ABC Slim pants she marked to be hemmed for me last week and they were perfect. Entire staff is always very helpful and friendly.

Great customer service. A pair of my leggings had a hole in them, so I brought them in to see what they could do. They offered to repair them, but when I said I didn't want a stitch that would show they then replaced them. The brand may be expensive, but it's worth it for the great customer service.
After spending hundreds of dollars with this company and store I was outraged and severely disappointed to find that they have one of the worst return policies I have ever heard of. I was told that nothing could be done to help me or refund my purchase when the $100 "kung fu" pants my girlfriend gifted me fell apart after a few times wearing them. Not impressed and NOT good karma!
