Was in town for a few days and chose to go a bit further outside downtown Charleston and was very happy I did. Caleb was super friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend checking it out even if you are staying downtown.
I was in Charleston for work for a few weeks and these guys were very welcoming. Coaching was great. All the members were friendly and great to throw down with. I really enjoyed the programming. Lots of space. Good t-shirts!
My husband and I dropped in for two days while in Charleston for vacation. The coaches responded to questions quickly prior to us coming and welcomed us in. The classes were well run, coaches were knowledgeable, equipment was fully stocked, and the members were friendly. We had great workouts and a good experience.

Pale horse is a great facility with state of the art equpitment. The WODs are challenging for all levels of crossfit athletes. The coaching staff is very supportive and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this box to anyone interested taking their fitness to the next level.

I would recommend Pale Horse cross fit to anyone who is new or experienced looking for a killer workout.

By far the best CrossFit gym in Charleston, SC! It's huge, well organized, has a cool retail area and insane programming by the owner himself. It's competitive without being intimidating and I get great coaching no matter what class I take. Another huge plus is the fact that this gym is the cleanest gym I have been in. You can tell they really put a lot of effort on scrubbing and sanitizing the floors and equipment every night. Huge bathrooms and really nice shower/dressing room. Looking forward to seeing how they grow as they just opened. Super happy I found them!

Amazing gym. The equipment is top notch, the staff and crossfitters are very friendly, and the programming is intense. I've been crossfitting for a few years and drop in to boxes when I travel. This is definitely the most impressive group I've encountered so far. Highly recommended.
