Great for intimate yoga classes for all levels. Very friendly staff and teachers. I also love getting massages here. Great pricing for locals!
I had a lovely experience here and as a visitor of Charleston Kassidy made me feel so welcome! I loved the coziness of the house and it made the atmosphere of the restorative class even more peaceful. If I'm back in town I will definitely come back!
What an experience!!!! My fiance and I came here for a couples massage for my birthday/ Valentines day. Morgan was my massage therapist and she was amazing! Very professional, kind, and had a intuitive feeling the whole time. The location and building itself is very cute and charming while giving a peaceful and tranquil experience. Cant wait to come back monthly!
Wow what an experience! Katie, Katie, Katie! She knows what's up! Just left feeling light as a feather during what has been a food coma of a winter season. Just stepping in the front door I knew it was the right choice; beautifully appointed, bright and airy yet subdued and peaceful in the couples massage room. My only advice, go for the 90 minutes, the first 60 comes and goes in a flash. Job well done ladies!!
I have been to the Salt Spa several times for massage and yoga, and had a great experience every time. Each therapist I've met has been thorough and professional, taking the time to personalize the experience. The atmosphere is warm and peaceful, you'd never know King Street is just outside. Highly recommend!

I LOVE going to this place. Ashley is a fantastic massage therapist- intuitive, knows anatomy, gives me the pressure I need, and the environment is so soothing. This is my go-to retreat in downtown Charleston- clean, beautiful, soothing, calming. I also use the MIgun massage bed when I go to further untangle my knots.

I found this charming house just a 15 min walk from the Airbnb I was staying at. The massage Ashley gave me was exactly what I needed and the whole experience was so relaxing. I will definitely come back next year.
