I LOVE this studio and its ego-free culture! The instructors are very knowledgeable and provide great guidance on proper body alignment. I've taken Reformer classes in-studio (pre Covid) and now virtual mat Pilates classes with/without props.
A long time yoga practitioner, I began supplementing my practice with Pilates 2 years ago and am amazed with the additional length, strength, balance and flexibility I've gained. Touted as one of the best low-impact exercises to last a lifetime, Pilates makes me look forward to aging :)
