Pilates Sol rules! the instructors are great, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. those ladies know what they're doing; my abs, arms, legs... are sore after each session; not painfully sore, just omg-this-really-works-my-body-like-nothing-else sore. i have been doing Pilates at Pilates Sol throughout my second pregnancy. honestly, i did it mostly to make myself feel better about not slacking while pregnant, i didn't think it was going to do much and that i will have a lot of work to do to get back in shape after i give birth. and while now, 4 months post delivery, i still have some pounds to shed and muscles to tone, i was really surprised at how much more quickly my body bounced back after this pregnancy than after my first when i also exercised but not with a private instructor! i resumed my workouts at Pilates Sol 2 months after i delivered. after the first few sessions i felt my posture improved tremendously, i was stronger and my back didn't bug me while holding my baby and working around the house. i have completed 12 sessions thus far and while i plan on doing many more, i can already see glimpses of my pre-pregnancy body :) thank you Marcie, Michelle, Susan and Anita of Pilates Sol! so, if not obvious by now; i would highly recommend Pilates Sol to all my friends!
