We know that most gyms are shady, as far as billing, but this place takes the cake. I moved out of the area in December, but of course there was nobody available to process the cancellation, which they still have not done, seven months later. I have an invoice from them with 26 payment requests returned, with $15 charges for each one, not surprising because I had to cancel the credit card so that they would stop billing me. Speaking to their representative, they will remove some "as a courtesy" but cannot remove the full amount until I can produce a cancellation acceptance, which they generate. Save yourself the headache. The front desk is barely manned. The machines are routinely broken, turnover is horrifying, and management is predatory.
