Over the past several years, I have tried several types of exercises - everything from running, spinning, kick boxing, etc. Of all the types, I have never felt stronger, leaner and more fit like i do from almost 3 months of Core Power Yoga. The class provides a perfect mix of cardio, strength and core. It gives you a little bit of everything and to the beat of an awesome music mix. The teachers and everyone in the class are so encouraging and welcoming which makes it even better. I never thought i would say that i "look forward" to working out but that's what happens when you join Core Power Yoga!
