It's a fairly private gym. Those that come are there to work out, so no one really bothers anyone else except to encourage you to do your best. After the newbie label wears off, there is a real camaraderie among the gym goers. The trainers are professional, flexible and very supportive willing to work with you where you are and push you to where you want to go.

Love training here! Ricky is awesome and always makes me feel great. (And sore) It is great that my husband and I can bring our one year old along. Check it out, you won't regret it!
