I have been a been a member of this gym for 3 years. The staff is amazing. The truly care about you and make you feel at home no matter the skill level. Even the members are welcoming and supportive. Lyman and Kelsey are approachable and will do their best to aid in your journey to becoming a healthier individual.
Love it! Friendly community and awesome trainers at this gym! I have been a member for 4 months. Before signing up I had absolutely no experience with CrossFit nor strength training. It has been a great experience and so much better than a typical gym. The workouts are challenging, well-balanced, and can be modified for intensity. The classes are trainer led which encourages you to push yourself but also to be sure you have proper form. It was a great decision to start CrossFit, but especially at this location. I highly recommend to anyone regardless of level of experience.
I'm from the East Coast and was out in Portland, OR for a week. I was lucky enough to find a great CrossFit box near my hotel. CF Immense is a great place with phenomenal coaches and friendly members. Their programming was on point and I never felt like an outsider!
I started training at this gym a couple of weeks ago and I can't say enough good things! Both the owner and the community have been amazing and supportive. I highly recommend trying out CrossFit Immense if you're looking for a great training environment.
Great Gym, great coaches, easy-going atmosphere, but will push you to get results. Not a cult like Gym at all. Very friendly and super helpful.
I love going to this box! You don't feel pressured to do more than you can. The people are very down to earth and friendly. Lyman (the owner and instructor) does a great job of tailoring workouts to one's capability. You can be assured that you won't feel shamed or embarrassed.

CrossFit Immense is fantastic!! The whole atmosphere and all of the members make it so fun and welcoming at any level of fitness. Lyman knows how to teach the fundamentals and importance of proper techniques and knows when and how to modify workouts for each person as an individual. I would recommend Immense to anyone and everyone! If you try it once, you'll be hooked :)
