Really enjoyed my classes here. The rooms are lovely, the lighting is good, the smell of the kitchen when you walk in the door is divine. Each of the teachers brought skills and presence. One day there was even a nice market of handmade items to purchase before the holidays, and it was lovely, quality handmade stuff.
As a newcomer, I could have used some initiation on how the studio works in terms of where to leave things, how to determine what items to grab (straps, pillows, blocks) and what to expect. There was none of that. I used to work for Yoga Union at their previous address, so probably easier for me, but I saw other elders come in with their shoes on into the studio and be redirected. I think that could be avoided with a simple short initiation.
All in all, it's a great studio. Especially after the 2nd visit or so. All new things have a learning curve. Really enjoyed my classes here!
