I started going about a month and a half ago and can't say enough good things about it. Paisley comes up with workouts that WILL kick your butt, if you let them. But what I really love about this place is that she also shows all sorts of variations to make them easier or harder, dependent on your fitness level and motivation. Then she cultivates a vibe in the room where no one is competing. You're not watching the person next to you and trying to keep up with them. Everyone is supportive and just doing their own thing together, if that makes sense. So, if you're not feeling that great and need to ease up on an exercise, there's no judgment. If you're feeling strong and want to make it harder, go for it. Regardless of what level you're doing, she's always walking around dropping a bit of a gentle form correction here, some motivation there, keeping it fun and exciting and making you push yourself.
Tl; dr: This place is absolutely stellar. If you want a place where you can be working your butt off and still joking around, this is it.
