I've been training at Peak Condition for years and am constantly impressed by how smart and nice the coaches / trainers are. Paul and James are very knowledgable and are great at tailoring your workout program to your specific goals. This is a very inclusive environment, welcoming serious athletes as well as people who are less active but looking to improve mobility and strength.

Training at Peak Condition has been fun, informative and rewarding. I'm an aging athlete wanting to feel good and strong. Paul has put together a program for me that is improving mobility, flexibility and strength. I'm very impressed by the thorough work they do and exited about the results.

I love training at Peak Condition. Paul, James and Rachel have all been a pleasure to work with. The team is incredibly knowledgable and very attentive during our training sessions. They're also very flexible with my schedule and I really appreciate that. Training here has been a great experience.

I've been going to Peak 2x a week for a year and a half and my fitness has changed so much in this time. Paul and James are personable and knowledgeable. My teenage daughter and I both love Peak Conditioning!

I've been working with Quinn Lampkin for several months now and am very pleased with the results. I have gained significant strength and flexibility in all areas of my body with the multitude of exercises he incorporates into my workouts. Being a medical provider, I have demanding standards for my trainer and have 100% confidence in Quinn's knowledge and background as an athlete. I have been going to peak and training with Paul and Gabe for over a year. I was encouraged to visit Peak by a friend who was extremely happy with her personal training results but I was hesitant as I had seen so many trainers over the years that didn't seem to know what they were doing.
These guys know what they are doing!! They start with an assessment to see how your body moves and where you need work and you also give them your specific goals. All my workouts are tailored to my body and goals. I feel stronger, I do not have back pain anymore and I feel going to peak is a key part of my week. They also do not rush you in to any exercise you are not ready for. They are cautious to make sure you have proper technique. I recommend them to all my family and friends!!

I started with back pain, arthritis, hip pain. Now I'm doing back squats, cleans, bench press, pull ups and feel ballistic. At age 44, but feel 25. P.S. Ask for Cesar...
