They attempted to change my appointment time 2hrs before I was scheduled. I arrived on time, but they politely told me my appointment had been cancelled. Reviews report this spa has a strict 24hr cancellation policy, which I completely understand, but they dont seem to show their customers the same respect. It is a common courtesy that if you have a sick call, you clearly state "we need to cancel your appt" or if you want to leave vague messages, you make more than one attempt to get a hold of the client.
