The boot camp classes taught by KC and Allen are great - they make it different every class and really motivate the participants to work hard.

Victoria and Amanda are fantastic teachers! They make everyone in the studio feel like old friends practicing new TRX tricks. The TRX Yoga class is the right balance of strengthening, stretching, and finding new limits! I wish there were more classes like this throughout the week. Thank you!

Wow! Such a welcoming community and a killer boot camp work out with KC. Laughter was just as much a part of it as was sweat!
