Bridgetown Fitness is an awesome place to get a great sweat with good people in a positive atmosphere. Joe, Kate and the staff are all excellent trainers - very experienced in a verity of methods, professional and accommodating for injuries. Each class if difference but you will consistently leave feeling stronger and energized. Can't say enough great things about this experience, it's fantastic!

Amazing classes with a focus on form, which keeps injuries from occurring. Each class is different so you don't get bored and the experts are incredibly motivating. HIGHLY recommended!
