After browsing for yoga studios for three months, I chose Yoga for Life as my home. :) I attended a few classes of Hot Hatha, Hot Power Vinyasa, and Deep Stretch. What really won me over was the Deep Stretch class as it offered new asanas that targeted muscles that we do not often stretch. It was a 90-minute class and I felt light, relaxed, lucid and HOOKED! In general, all the teachers are mindful, provide prepared lesson plans, offer pranayama and a short meditation. Overall the facilities are very nice and they provide everything you may need from storage, bathrooms, and showers.

I initially came to this yoga studio to take Mr. Chris's inversion class, which I found it motivating and he'll take you to the next level. I also discovered so many wonderful yoga teachers with their own specialty yoga practice to offer.. Universal yoga seems intriguing and interests me. I've been also enjoying deep stretch classes. I'm grateful to find such a great yoga studio. Give it a try & you won't be disappointed ~ ^^"

I've been coming to this studio since 2013 for the infrared heat and to progress in my yoga practice.I started with the great intro unlimited deal, and I've found so much more than that. I eventually committed to training under the owner, Raj Patra, and began advancing in my knowledge and depth of experience in yoga. The teachers have diverse styles and all are dedicated to helping their students achieve their yoga goals, and I keep coming back to improve physical and mental health. YFL offers more than a great work out, it is a community and truly a way of life for many students here.

So happy hot vinyasa yoga has been added to some more afternoons and evenings here! I absolutely love this studio! I spent nearly 2 years trying out studios before I finally found the one that feels like home.

came for some nice hot Yoga Classes (Vinyasa and Hatha) to balance out some of my other workouts, stayed for the incredible wisdom of Yoga that is being taught at this studio.

In addition to the Yoga classes I now frequent meditation classes, talks, get-togethers. I even joined a life-transforming retreat to Kathmandu, Nepal, organized by the studio. The positive impact this studio had on my life can hardly be described by a five star rating.

come and see for yourself !

This studio is something special. My journey started with the introductory deal and now, two years later, Yoga for Life has empowered me to create space in my life for a continuous yoga practice, both on and off the mat. The owners of the studio are intelligent, self-less and highly involved with the operation of the studio. The instructors are well trained in intelligent sequencing, yoga philosophy, and in creating an inclusive environment appropriate for all levels of practitioners. Take advantage of the introductory deals and then make a yoga practice a constant in your life.

This was the first time I have experienced such a profound experience in Yoga! Raj has a deep understanding of all aspects of yoga and this class "universal yoga" was on a whole other level. I have felt at peace all day and look forward to the next class. I would highly recommend this class if you are looking to advance your skills along with feeling amazing afterwards!

I stand behind a 3 star as an ok rating! Hot Yoga for Life is a perfectly nice facility that offers good services at a competitive rate. I really like the staff and the instructors are diverse in their approaches to yoga and energy.

An easy guild to my pros and cons of this specific location:

The Pros:
+ Lots of different instructors, some may not be your speed or style so start noting who you are taking class from each time and build a list of favorites. You will certainly find some you love and be happy to return again and again.
+ Different class styles and types. They even try new styles every now and again as per what customers are saying they would like. There was a cool Kinetic class last year that really fit into what I wanted out of yoga. They don't currently have it on the schedule for this location but I'm hoping it returns!
+ The intro offer is outstanding and take full advantage of it by going as much as you can to try different teachers, classes and time slots before you commit to a membership. It's seriously a screaming deal! It has changed some over the years but is currently 10 Classes for $10 OR, 2 Months for $70! Get it Hot Yoga for Life!
+ Often they have someone in selling a new hippie drink or food which is a fun chance to try something new.

The not as great things:
- It is overcrowded.
It's ok to overcrowd a studio if it's organized and folks don't feel like they're getting pushed around. I don't really know what the answer is here but if there was a grid on the floor with expected spaces and spots I may feel less like I have to shift every time someone else walks into the studio with that distressed look of "Where do I go?". Empower your clients to own that tight spot instead of everyone adjusting as another and another and another person come in to a quiet space where folks are trying to be calm and get into the right mindset.
- One shower and super small locker room.
Everyone from old class leaving/showering overlapping the new class trying to get in and change. Being hot yoga, folks need to fully change and often shower afterwards.
- Lobby is too small.
The waiting area in the lobby is too small to hold more than a handful of folks and with a half hour window between classes, sometimes 15 minutes, they have no space for these folks to queue. And with the capacity issue it's wise to show up early so you can see the dilemma here.

Basically while I think the space they are in is very nice and well designed it isn't designed for this capacity and turn over of classes during any busy hours of operation. Even the early class on a Saturday is still full. So if you're one of those people that can make an 8am on a Tuesday I'm sure you feel differently. A lot of these problems are only during the evenings and weekends but that is when most folks can make the time.

I feel this is not the first time they have had this feedback and have invested a lot into this space. In the end they are a business like any other and they want to make their clients happy and still be able to efficiently run a studio. I commend their efforts for doing what they can with what they have. But I think in the end if they want to offer the quality experience they project they need to limit class sizes which would help the time outside of the yoga room more enjoyable and clearly identify mat spacing in the studio for big classes.

Great intro rate $10 for 10 classes. Very nice facilities and super helpful staff. I'll definitely go back!

Studio is beautiful, instructor (Chris) made me feel ashamed of my disability. Don't go if your not able bodied, not accommodation friendly.

Nice looking place. The instructor was good. I would classify it as warm yoga. There are pockets of 100degree temp but i felt cool breeze at time. Definitely need to be standing right under the heat lamp. It was good but im looking for something about 10 degrees hotter. Plus only one shower so if there are lots of people expect to wait a while to rinse off.
