I'm a little bummed. I signed up for one of their "sessions" through class pass just to find out that they cancelled the class an hour before I was supposed to go. Their website promotes the fact that you can come on your own time and that there are no scheduled classes. Their hours of operation say they're open until 8pm. What gives?
UPDATE: 3:38pm on 9/18/16... after reading 9Round's response to my google and yelp review... I recently sent them this message on yelp:
"Ashley M: I too was a little shocked to read your response. Recently I had a friend tell me about the treatment and experience they received at your facility. It made me want to check and re-read my review. I couldn't be more confident in my review. Despite your google response of telling your visitors to "judge for yourself if Ashley wrote her opinions in a forthright and honest manner," when in fact my review was the truth and was even recognized by your company when 9 Round responded. Your exact response was, "Unfortunately we had an emergency situation arise yesterday afternoon and had to close the club for an hour or so." You cancelled, and you cancelled way too late. Nothing about my review was a lie. The cancellation, followed by your discussing response insinuating that I'm a liar who posts fake google and yelp reviews, again, solidifies my dislike for your company. Good day to you."
It's clear they have no customer service ability and would rather spend their time with accusations and arguments, rather than building a brand and a business. I still do not recommend anyone use their facilities.
