I was really nervous since I am out of shape and a larger gal, but the intro to pole first class was exceptional. I've taken pole before but the energy and vibes of this studio is what I've needed. I plan to take other classes after these 4 weeks.
I've never felt more comfortable in my own skin as I do at Pole Palace! If you've ever wanted to try, just do it! AND do it here! You won't regret it. The instructors are friendly and knowledgeable. Working out has never made me feel as sexy and confident as pole dancing!
Amazing instructors who really care about you! The Pole Palace is a super welcoming studio and a wonderful place to learn new skills in a comfortable environment.
Pole has been an amazing way to bring variety to my fitness regime and goals!! It puts cardio, ab's, strengthening, and flexibility all into one. The staff are amazing, the space is well maintained, and even after a year there are still ways to challenge and learn. Highly recommend this space to explore and grow yourself.

So I hate to exercise. Aerobics is the worst, CrossFit is hell, and I'd like to set every treadmill ever made on fire. This pole dancing thing tho? Awesome. I've never had such an awesome and supportive group to get sweaty and achey with. The teachers are happy to work with all fitness levels, all body types and genders are represented, and I'm in much better shape since I started strutting my butt around with these awesome people three days a week. Shout out to Claire and Wendy for rocking my world all the time. I totally recommend this awesome studio.

I would have never in a million years thought I would go to a pole studio, let alone be a member. From the first intro class I took, I felt comfortable, safe and encouraged. I'm not a small woman, but I have never once felt out of place or judged.
It seemed at first like the prices were a little high, but the classes are all 90 minutes and fairly small which leads to a lot of individual instruction. Now, it feels like a great deal.
Melissa is an amazing technical teacher and takes the time to break things down and make them understandable so they can be done safely and then artistically. Joshua's classes are just joyous and delightful and although I've only had one class with Kymm so far, it was super challenging and fun. Kat's Stretch and Flex classes are magical torture.
The best thing for me is how amazing the workout is, and how it never actually feels like I'm working out. It's just so much fun. In just a couple of months I've gone from barely being able to participate to doing things that seemed impossible! As long as you go often enough, the progression is obvious and kind of amazing.

I love Pole Palace! I am taking the Pole Taster class, it is the beginning level course that teaches you the basics, spins, dancing, floor moves, and teaches you the strength training you need to get ready for more advanced things. It is a great workout and is by far the most fun I have ever had in any type of fitness class. I have found the staff and fellow students very accepting of all body types, ages, and genders. I highly recommend this class and place, great staff, fun atmosphere, great workout.
The pole palace is my favorite! My Roomate and I were looking for a fun way to get in exercise and now we're hooked! We were nervous at first but Melissa and all of the other instructors make you feel so great that it's hard not to keep coming back for more. New instructors Josh and Kim are incredible.
