The dopest place to do CrossFit. The music is a great selection, super important to me. The WODS are so tough, I dig the challenging classes. The coaches are super engaged and have helped me improve my lifts a lot.
I love this gym! You got to check it out. Recommended
Dropped in for 3 consecutive days while visiting PDX. VC is a very well appointed gym with super friendly members - they even gave me some great recommendations of things to see/places to eat in town. Coach Ty was fantastic (and fluent in sign language - we had a hard of hearing member in class - how awesome is that??). The Saturday partner WOD was particularly fun. Hope to return again!

Great gym. Fun people who just show up regularly to put in the work. Don't be intimidated by CF. Coaches do a great job at scaling the work to match you fitness level.
Fine I'm sure, very nice group, but way too many people for a single trainer. Even if people have experience a trainer needs to check people's form here it's just not possible with the class sizes.
I started at VC 11/15 and it has changed my life. I was unhealthy, had a beer belly and ate out every meal.
Tom and all of the other trainers made it easy to learn and they're very passionate about you, your form and encourage you along the way.
It's crazy how it becomes your lifestyle, you change your diet and general activities to do better and better at the gym. You focus on how everything else effects your overall health and want to improve it. Now, I cook all of my meals, rarely drink and go on runs... For fun, crazy.
I'm currently running high 5 minute miles and squat over 300lbs. I feel and look better than I ever have.
Check this gym out, the culture is inviting and encouraging.

I have been here a little over 5 months and have come to love CrossFit. Yet a big part of CrossFit is the community you are surrounded with. VC CrossFit is an amazing community of athletes dedicated to making you feel welcome and helping you reach your goals!! I have met countless drop-ins leave with the satisfaction of feeling a part of the VC CrossFit community in one class!! That is no easy feat.
