High level, technical Muay Thai made simple by a great instructor. David Killian has created a great culture in the gym, has a wealth of knowledge, trains his students hard but in a safe and intelligent manner. Highly recommend!

The head instructor, David Kilian, is very knowledgeable and a certified instructor through the World Thai Boxing Association. He's involved in training all of the students at the school, teaching his classes personally. I appreciate his holistic perspective on martial arts practice and ability to train people who are totally fresh with no experience all the way up to competitive fighters. He keeps his knowledge in the arts up-to-date with his own personal instruction and continuing education. As a gay man who has had some negative experiences at other gyms, I've found KMAC to be warm, welcoming, and friendly, which I greatly appreciate. This school is low on ego and high on mutual support and community. I've been training in Muay Thai at KMAC for almost two years, and have found it extremely valuable and enriching!
