I spent about half a year in Hillsboro while in between job opportunities, and needed a place to get some sort of fitness. I ALMOST made the mistake of just signing up with a chain, but I've always loved small, local gyms and was lucky enough to visit Balance before making a decision.... more

My daughters been going here for years and now that my sons old enough he takes classes here as well.We really like it and have had zero issues..We took the toddler class and loved it.... more
It closed it's doors in april of 2018. This gym is no more.... It's not crowded at 5:30am but it's pretty close to full. It's not a big place. It's great if you're looking for cardio and general exercise.... more

No dead lifts? This isn't a gym.. it's a place for people to say that they "worked out" and feel good about themselves..For one year I had a Black Card membership, and went there just to use their Shiatsu massage chairs and their water massage beds.... more
