Awesome experience... very thorough and helped my condition significantly!. I have been receiving massage therapy at Balance Massage since I had a very bad car accident in 2017. I was in so much pain all over my body, but especially in my chest and neck.... more

It closed it's doors in april of 2018. This gym is no more.... It's not crowded at 5:30am but it's pretty close to full. It's not a big place. It's great if you're looking for cardio and general exercise.... more
