One of the best studios in town! I love that there are so many choices of styles, teachers, and class times. It makes it easy to drop in last minute. My favorite teachers are Lauren, Jordan, and Zoe, but I have never been to a class that I disliked. For me it has the right blend of integrating mind, body, and spirit, with short meditations and reminders to let go and let the yoga practice be a refuge, without being overly hippie dippie. The donation based model makes yoga accessible to more people in the community and, to me lends to the down to earth atmosphere. There is a crazy cheap Groupon out there, but after learning that the teachers only receive a dollar or two from the Groupon passes for each class, I just stick to a donation. $10 is the low end of the sliding scale recommended donation, which is less expensive than anywhere else in town ,to my knowledge (of course, pay more if you are able, since the studio runs on donations only, and teachers are paid a percentage of donations). Lastly, the space is beautiful and relaxing, with great natural light from several skylights.
