The main instructor is good, but they have a substitute who taught my 12 year old how to eye-gouge. Not cool. That's a jiu jitsu thing though IMO; strong on skill, weak on philosophy.... more

Great place and staff!.Really like the machine selection. There is one really nice power rack, and an ok one. The space is small so it doesnt take many people to feel like a crowd. The smith machine is in the way but that's the case everywhere.... more
