I think they have lost touch with the community component of each gym. Decisions are made at such a corporate level that they don't take into account the needs and trends of these two Beaverton locations. Some things are great but others, like providing classes at times that work for people and ensuring that they are staffed so that attendance can increase with confidence. They really need to bring back a Sunday AM spin class at Beaverton, and a Saturday AM class at Murray. The instructors have all told me they would happily do it and considering how little they are paid the cost to the club is nominal.

Really impressed with this location. Very clean and I witnessed the general manager walking around with his latex gloves cleaning up his gym. Outstanding work ethic and obviously takes pride in his work. Keep up the good work guys 5 stars.

This place is great! Definitely recommend getting a membership here! If you forgot to bring a towel there are sweet novelty ones.

A lovely club with a small swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and steam room, they have a basketball court and have a spacious and clean place for exercise equipment. Sign up for $ 117 then you will pay $ 31 a month .. U can Chek out the Club can be free for three days. Keep it up guys.

They never prioritize the kids club so if you are a parent you are valued less than a regular customer. Example: 2 seperate parents forced to wait with 3 kids while they have 3 people at check in. Sales, new customers > service for parents who pay premiums for a service that is hardly accessible.

Solid gym, staff is always friendly and welcoming. Maintained and kept clean. Conveniently located right off the Max stop if that's how you commute. There is only two squat racks which could be improved. Love the sauna, steam room, pool, hot tub and basketball court.

Front desk staff are friendly and responsive. There were issues with plumbing and cleanliness when I first starting going, but the facility and staff have progressed to better service.

Clean, well lit, decent variety, and when I had account issues staff members Danielle, Jeff, and Christopher were helpful and professional - making me feel like a club member rather than a number.

This is a clean gym with updated equipment and nicely maintained facilities. The adjacent building is a parking garage with free parking for anyplace in the circle including the gym.

I think this is my favorite 24 Hour in the area. Sure there are times when its busy, but whenever I have gone Ive never had to wait to do a particular exercise. Staff is nice as well. Also ive noticed only 1 machine being broken, everything else works.

I wish that it was kept up a little better which means cleaner. I also wished that the men's sauna and steam room or separate from the women. I never feel comfortable men are always lurking wanting to chat.

This particular gym seems super lazy. Nothing ever seems to work just right and isn't fixed for weeks. I love the convenience. We only use it for the swim area which is great. Dirty sometimes but good.

Literally so unnecessarily expensive and not worth it because it is always busy. You can find literally anything they have to offer at any gym and not have to pay hundreds of dollars up front and an annual fee when you've only been there for 2 months. Ridiculous fees and not worth it for how little equipment they have compared to how busy they get literally all the time (unless you really wanna take advantage of that 24 hour style and go at 2 am in the morning).

I have been going to this gym for the past year and a half. Overall great personnel. Although I missed couple payments due to paying cash and being out of town for personal reasons, their operation manager "Jessica" is an extremely rude person, lacks communication skills, lacks sales skills and mainly unwilling to help out. Rude people usually do show these horrible traits anyways. She is not respecting the responsability that was given to her when hired for the job. This gym really DO NOT deserve a person like her. PCC offers communication classes which I really recommend her to register for a couple of terms.

I love working out here! You get a bunch of amenties for a very reasonable price. I take a lot of workout classes, and I have really enjoyed each of them, likely because the instructors are fantastic! The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and I always find parking quickly. I would definitely recommend this gym!
