Per usual I love the trainers, the non-repetative classes, the atmosphere, the cleanliness, the integration of challenges and opportunities to do 90 min classes and benchmarks. My absolute favorite trainers are Taylor & Kelly at the Roscoe Village , Chicago location because thier playlists are THE BEST and Coach Kelly not only guides you but she educates you and cheers you on literally.... more

The orangetheory system is very good and recommended. but in this OTTAWA HILLS study, coach Maria does this place badly, with attitude, shouting and mistreating those who exercise, as well as explaining the exercises poorly.... more

I noticed a lot of negativity about booking classes. While it is true that they fill up fast, the way I have overcome that is when I wake up early in the morning to go to class before work, I book a class for the new day that opened up.... more
