New Customers, Please make sure you visually make sure to cancel membership. I quit going there almost 2 years ago and my boss who was paying for my membership. cancelled it, but since i had not gone in, they kept tacking in the monthly rate. now they keep calling me leaving threatening messages about it going to collections. they say i owe over a thousand dollars and i haven't stepped foot in the establishment in two years.

Very nice gym! Pool, sauna, hot tub, basketball court, and the usual (but more) gym equipment. The staff is very helpful and the initial gym tour was very helpful.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place has the worst management. It took me over 3 months get a payment through their system. I Paid it in front of the manager and his staff. They kept calling me telling me that they didn't get the payment. I went several times to speak to the manager with the proof. Somehow they screwed the payment on their side and finally get it fixed. I cancelled my membership and will never go back to this place.

Adore this place. Empty for Swimming. Not crowded when I was there. I didn't have any issues with waiting for stuff I needed. Kind reception.
I had a luck to visit some group trainings also. The trainers are amazing. Thanks thanks thanks. I love them all.

Super over priced! And the fact that you cannot bring a guest with you makes it worse. They have awesome amenities like a lady's room, and cool toiletries in the women's bathroom but other than that it's a pretty normal gym not worth $65/m

This is my second year at the gym. The first year I had some issues which management addressed so that is a big plus in my book because it tells me they listen. The things I like the most are they will let you use the aerobics rooms when no one is there which lets those of us that have a cardo routine that doesn't involve equipment have a place to work out. No other gym in Tulsa does that. Most are uptight about what they allow there members access to. The other thing I like is that most of the members are adults, and act like it, which makes it a great place to workout instead of testosterone ally if you know what I mean. The staff is friendly and the equipment is kept up. I would never use cotton towels from anyone else but my own laundry. They do have paper towel dispensers with soap to clean the equipment. So if you are looking for a clean place with mature adults and decent equipment you will have to pay a little more but you get what you pay for. I have been a member of a gym since 1999 and have been to a lot of gyms; this one is way better than the ones you pay $30 a month for.You might find a better gym, but I bet you will pay well over a thousand for membership and they will have some uptight rules of what you can't do. As far as the membership contracts go; all the gyms use a boiler plate contract so this gym is no different than any other. Most of the people that are upset are making an excuse to quit working-out. The hardest part is starting and then keep progressing. This is where most people fail the moment they figure out exercising is difficult and takes dedication. Make sure you are committed and if you are see you at the gym. P.S. I do not work for the gym nor am I a trainer.

I am really enjoying Genesis compared to other gyms in our region. I do feel like this one has some outdated equipment and not as nice facilities as the BA location. The free weights and free barbells are an upgrade from the gym I was at previously though!

When this gym was gold's it was great. Since it went to genesis it has gone down in quality and up in price. When I cancelled they made it impossible. Had to check twice to make sure my account was closed then somehow they also "forgot" to close my wife's (on the same account!) and sent it to collections. They don't even have a customer service number to get things like this fixed. Seriously, any other gym would be a better choice.

This location is the ideal spot for me to work out but NO TOWELS? Come on corporate ... let your employees provide the service that the paying members deserve!

Was cool when it was golds. Not now. I moved away and they want something crazy like $600 to cancel my membership. People are rude, would definitely not recommend. Equipment is nice-ish but not $53 a month nice when there is much better options in the same area with people who will treat you better.

I have been going to this gym for quite some time and I have had a great experience with this establishment. The facilities are very well kept and the staff has always been helpful and kind towards me. I enjoy going here and would highly recommend giving it a try.

I have mixed feelings about the gym in it's current state. Overall the staff (many or most of them new) are positive, upbeat, and the desire and attempt at improvements has been noticeable but there are still some things lacking. For example, the cycle room is clearly not cleaned regularly and this gym still doesn't have towel service while the location 4 miles away has had it for months. I'm still happy to be a member there and I go regularly. It was a rough changeover from Gold's but I see more positive than negative and hope that continued improvements are coming.

When I first signed up for a membership, the gym manager offered 58+ tax making it 66 a month along with a buddy pass for my brother I continued using it for 3 month and suddenly they say that the buddy pass is not valid. So we have to pay 66 per person which is totally wrong since they offered us a buddy pass in the starting it's self, I got the buddy pass along with screen shots of evidence on my phone. This gym is a total scam, the new manager says the old staff were scamming people and putting money into their pocket? So who's fault is it the company? Or the customers?
I will never go back to any genesis club hence further because the staff it's self is doing scams:
The new manager, if I was the owner I wouldn't even keep him at work. He does not know how to handle work and also talk to the clients in manners.
I would advice the club to have a clear communication with the customers because fraud people like this will destroy the business. I'll make sure all the 5 people from my family leave the gym and join else where.

Great facility! The staff is super friendly and willing to help answer questions. There are so many classes offered and the instructors are so good! The gym is always clean! The childcare workers are great with my kids which puts my mind at ease while I'm working out!!

Very well kept. Atmosphere is nice and all the equipment is great to workout with. The main thing they have to work on is their workers, greeters, trainers because I have noticed multiple times they are rude and egocentric. Shaggy blonde hair skinny guy that is always either high or just depressed but he just doesn't seem like he likes working there. Good thing not a lot of people go at night...

I signed up 10/2016 and it's been great. I used my free training sessions you get when joining. I enjoyed it so much I decided to stay with a trainer. I work out with him once a week and he always teaches me how to use the equipment and how to workout properly. It has really helped with gym anxiety. I also attend the various cycle classes. They are all fantastic. They are 30-60 minutes long and the instructors are awesome. I've also gone to a group power class. It's definitely different for me but highly recommend! The staff is great and the group instructors are very friendly. They will help you get set up with any equipment they use before class starts and give you tips throughout. The locker rooms are always clean when I am there and the showers are great with soap and shampoo available. There is also hairspray and deodorant too. It's definitely saved me a time or two!

CHARLIE KING IS THE BEST TRAINER. HE WORKS & THINKS OUTSIDE THE BOX IN THE SWIMMING POOL, HOT TUB, EACH AREA OF MY TRAINING ABOVE & BEYOND IN MEETING MY NEEDS AS A HANDICAPPED PERSON. HE OBSERVES WHAT I NEED, LISTENS, ANSWERS QUESTIONS, INSTRUCTS WHY I BENEFIT FROM DOING THINGS A CERTAIN WAY. NO A SET ROUTINE BUT STARTED WHERE I WAS, PRESENT NEED WITH FUTURE GOAL IN MIND. I HAVE IMPROVED REMARKABLY IN SO MANY AREAS. THANKS,CHARLIE!!!!!!!!!
