I've been fortunate to try out many different Jiu-jitsu gyms around Tulsa. Balanced Bodies is by far the most well rounded I've been too. They offer yoga and massage along with Jiu-jitsu that helps the body recover from the strain of Jiu-jitsu. The black belt that teaches is very knowledgeable and patient with students of ALL levels. Each of the students I've rolled with are also patient, understanding, and very willing to help. The lineage is very well advertised, showing great authenticity. I would highly encourage anyone to come try out Balanced Bodies, whether it be for massage, yoga, Jiu-jitsu or a combination.
