Victor is a very knowledgeable, encouraging, and attentive trainer. He pays close attention to each member and genuinely cares about everyone's successes. He helps bring to light strengths and addresses weaknesses, then sets goals accordingly both short and long term. The way I look at myself has completely changed since starting at Driller, and my confidence has skyrocketed. My body SHAPE has completely changed. Going to Driller is my favorite way to start the day!

Some family circumstances have landed me back in Tulsa for a while. I can honestly say Driller CrossFit is a huge part of what keeps me afloat. Here are just a few reasons: 1) Coach Victor provides the best training I have ever received in my year of doing CrossFit. He gives clear, individual feedback and fosters a safe, healthy environment. I feel stronger and more confident in the 3 months I've been here than ever before! 2) The support from Victor and other members is unparalleled. We are truly a family. 3) This is a place for everyone regardless of fitness level, ability, and personal goals. Come check it out NOW!

It has been nine months since my friend dragged me to the workout regimen she swears by. It took me a while to give it a try because I was sure CrossFit was not for me. All of those intense videos of people lifting truly scared me away. To my surprise, it was nothing like I expected. It was not ridiculously grueling... it was actually pretty fun!

There are many things that I love about Driller CrossFit and that convinced me to become part of the family. I'll share some of them! The first one is the welcoming environment. Everyone is genuinely friendly and have a "come as you are" attitude. No one cares what you look like or if you're wearing the latest lululemon trends. There is a free week trial too, so you can try it before making any kind of commitment!

The second one is Victor, the owner/trainer, he is awesome! He makes it a point to understand where you are coming from, where you are at, and where you want to be health-wise. He then personalizes the daily workouts to meet your needs and abilities and avoid injuries. I love that I don't have to worry about my workouts, whether I'm doing an exercise right or not...Victor takes care of all of that. He does a great job explaining everything and breaking things down when necessary. The amount of knowledge he has about fitness, nutrition, health and CrossFit is vast. He enjoys nerding out on the latest research and sharing it with us. There is definitely careful thought and research behind his workouts.

The third one is the supportive environment. There is definitely a "we're in this together" attitude. I love that there's no competitiveness (except for some of the guys but I think that's good for them). People cheer you on when you really need it. Some go as far as joining you during your last (and hardest) reps even when they're already done with theirs. It's those kind of moments that build true comradery.

Finally, the celebration of progress! Keeping track of your rep/weight records really helps see progress through time. It's crazy to see how far you've come in a short amount of time. I had not worked out in over a year before coming to Driller CrossFit. I needed something I would actually stick to and Driller CrossFit has been it for me. I have never felt stronger and I've lost 30 pounds along the way.

Workouts are at 5am, 6am, 915am, 5:30pm and 630pm. Come try it, you won't be disappointed!

Great Box! Dropped in for a week and they were fun and welcoming! You can tell that it is a tight knit group that has fun together! The coach, Victor, was very informative and helpful through out the WODs! Loved it!

I'm a big fan of Driller Crossfit. I believe in the programming, and feel like I am in an environment that permits me to develop and excel in both my physical fitness and health. Goals are often discussed, and it doesn't stop there! Updates and check-ins keep you focused on what you are working towards.

Victor (owner) is a great coach and gives you an awesome environment to better yourself in. He has a leg up on most of the other coaches in town since he went to college for nutrition and exercise physiology. He provides levels of programming for both athletes and people just getting into fitness. Driller Crossfit truly represents the belief that Crossfit is for everyone and it shows. If your looking to join a new gym or are looking for Crossfit style personal training and you want the most bang for your buck, this place is the way to go!
