I was visiting Tulsa for a few weeks during the summer and needed a place with kettlebells that wasn't too expensive. I looked at maybe five different gyms and they all basically wanted me to sign up for a year membership then immediately cancel - really expensive. The guy who runs Styrka was really cool and gave me a good deal for the three weeks I was in town. About the gym itself, it's a nice little gym for people who are serious about lifting weights - regardless of their skill level - everyone is there to workout, not to show off or anything else.
I love this gym. So private and able to focus! I train with Elizabeth. Everyone is so friendly and helpful!
Very friendly staff, well taken care of gym that has everything commercial gyms have but a better environment to lift in. Recommend this gym for those who want to lift regularly and do not want to deal with the crowds like commercial gyms have!
This gym is amazing. Small enough to feel like a well kept secret, big enough to have everything you need.
I was visiting from Colorado and emailed about a day pass. I got great Customer Service. The gym itself was perfect ! Loved all the equipment.
I am trying to make personal changes and going to the gym is one. From the 1st session I went to was great. Everyone was friendly and willing to help. Mike has got me doing things I had in my head that I could not do. If you need a new gym even if you are a beginner this is it!
Best gym of which I have ever been a member! Equipment is exceptional and clean! Owner and staff are very knowledgeable and helpful.

I dropped in for 4 days on a business trip. Excellent gym! Everyone was friendly, the gym was clean, bathrooms were clean, and they had everything I needed to train. For any Olympic lifters out there, they have 2 platforms, set of jerk blocks, competition ready barbells and bumper plates, 4 squat racks, and more than enough equipment for accessory work. Not to mention that they are open 24 hours a day. I am definitely going back next time I am in Tulsa.

This is the best kept secret in Tulsa! I have yet to find another gym in the area that has as 4 dead-lift platforms, 5 squat racks, and a competition bench. Not to mention all of the other equipment in there.
The community is amazing! Everyone is helpful, and genuinely nice. I've made quite a few friends in the short time that I have spent there. I now know just about everyone in the lunch crew, and I get a welcoming hello every time I step foot in there.
The facility is very clean, and well managed.

This is the best (and cleanest) gym in Tulsa. The equipment is top of the line from the barbells down to the squat racks and weightlifting platforms. Even the plates are high quality.
This is the perfect gym for anyone looking to train hard.
I was recommended to check out this gym from a friend of mine, he said it was 45 buck a month so I thought it had to be good. I had a difficult time finding the place because it didn't have a sign like every other business there. The gym is really small and all the equipment is on one side of the building and on the other side it's just an empty room. No one was there to give me a tour of the place so I felt awkward going in by myself. The equipment looks new and seems to cater more to power lifters than a regular gym goer as myself, but there is a lack of machines and no cable machines; don't think I'll join.
I love this gym, seriously Kate Mac Donald is a top notch trainer who will get you in shape. Great facilities overall.
Styrka is great wieght lifting gym with excellent equipment. The staff and trainers are knowledgeable about up-to-date, evidence based training methods. There is a great sense of community in this gym. Highly recommended.
A very clean, very modern gym with equipment that is on fleek! Perfect to train out of and a wonderful place to get my workout in too!!
I highly recommend this gym. The place is filled with great training equipment for all types of needs and goals, either it is a bodybuilding, cross-fit, or popular fitness, for extreme or slow pacers. It is a newer gym that is very clean; there are enough at hand sanitary amenities that many places lack. The place has a security system and electronic access for the members. There is unassuming, friendly, always inviting atmosphere, and good music selection too. Also, Mike, the owner, is the kind of personal trainer who has a superb knowledge of body build and exercise physiology. He is very friendly and approachable, and always willing to answer training questions of anyone at the gym. He just loves what he does and does it with incredible patience and commitment.
