I cannot fully express how much I love this studio and how wonderful aerial yoga classes have been for my body and my brain! I've been going to Zen Body for over two years now and am so grateful I found this studio!

Amy is an ahhhmazing instructor! Her classes are like a fine art. Every time I attend I feel relaxed, calm, and creative afterwards. Her class is our Saturday ritual.

Calista's aerial classes are like hanging out with a good friend after work (although I wish it was later so I could go). You get a wonderful sense of play and freedom from her classes. I always leave feeling light and free of any burdens the day held.

Liz's classes are so calming. She has such as wonderful voice and gift for instruction to get you deeper into your body and the present moment. I've only been able to take one of her classes, but it was lovely!

I also was treated to a wonderful massage by Caroline! It was awesome and deep pressure!

For the nerdy, consider this: myofascial resets, several areas of traction, assistive stretching, assistive balance, vestibular toning, and activation of your vagal nerve through play. I recommend aerial classes to many of my physical therapy patients because it is truly beneficial to your health in so, so many ways. We have an aerial hammock at home and all of my family members (all over the age of 60) have tried it and really enjoyed it! Don't be scared, it's an assistive device!

Lastly, I have to say this yoga studio isn't about hype, designer yoga wear, or fads. This is a genuine place to help you find peace in your mind and body. Everything that Amy offers at this studio is high quality and generally a very unique experience. I love it! Thank you for existing Zen Body!

Great people and great classes! I hadn't done yoga for several years and was nervous joining a studio on my own. The women at Zen Body made me feel so welcomed. The studio is a very inviting space, free of any judgment or drama. I love it!

I've been seeing Carolyn for several years now and she is hands down the best massage therapist I have ever had! Before her I have had 50+ massages from other therapists and she is the only one I will go to from now on! Highly recommend and you definitely won't regret it!!

Hands down, the best studio in town. The community is so loving and friendly, always encouraging you in your practice. The instructors are all so different and each one helps you improve in different, valuable ways. The studio space is the cleanest I have ever been in and always smells so good. This is one of the few studios that offers Aerial yoga in Tulsa and it has changed my life. A studio where I'm able to decompress my body and my mind. The new client special is a steal so do yourself a favor and try it out!

Zen Body is my favorite yoga studio in Tulsa.

The teachers are without exception encouraging and instructive. They don't have expectations for what you are able to do, and they encourage you to work wherever you're at.

There is a wide variety of classes. And a wide variety of times they are available. They offer sit on the floor type yoga; more physically challenging, sweat your face off yoga; and moderate classes in-between.

All sorts of people of different ages and fitness levels find a place to be challenged there. From young fit men and women, people just starting to get in shape, and average folks in-between. The age range right now goes from teenagers to 70's.

The instructors encourage modifications, so if there is something you can't or won't do, they'll help you find an alternative. I have a bad knee and since I have asked for modifications a few times for it, they'll often make suggestions now before I ask.

The facilities are really pleasant with bright, inviting decor, clean lines and nice colors. It was decorated with purpose, and kept very clean. You could just about eat off of the studio floor.

The bathrooms have good areas to change, clean showers, and towel service. Good quality soap too, which seems small but is actually really nice.

The clientele are great. I have yet to meet someone there that I didn't like. There are all sorts of people; you are bound to find somebody that you like.

I thought because of the location that I wouldn't be able to afford it, but it's on par with the other studios in town. Especially if you consider what Zen Body offers.

Try it and I bet you'll like it. When I started they had a really good introductory rate for your first month. It was roughly the cost of three individual classes and it gives you the opportunity to try just about everything.

Oh, and aerial yoga is really fun too. It seems intimidating, but it's much more doable than I thought it would be. I'm the type to fall over on occasion and I haven't had trouble in aerial.

This is my yoga place. I usually go to the noon class, all the instructors are great, I'm not good at yoga but the classes help me clear my thoughts and relax so I can attack the rest of the day!

Great space. Welcoming staff and instructors. There is a strong feeling of community not just with the staff and instructors, but with the other members! Plus, the Aerial Yoga is so much fun!
