I have been a client of Total Pilates for over ten years for many reasons: great instructors, comprehensive classes, a cornucopia of equipment and a positive atmosphere. I highly recommend Total Pilates for a great work out experience.
Total Pilates of Tulsa is a true Joseph Pilates method practicing facility. I have been a client for over 5 years. All instructors are excellent and certified in Pilates. The studio is also an acrredited Pilates certification studio. Whether you take a class or a private session, you will love the experience. Absolutely nothing has improved my overall well being as much as Pilates. My posture has improved significantly as has my mobility. I attend at least 3 private sessions a week and/or classes. It is truly one of my favorite HAPPY places:-)
The ladies at Total Pilates of Tulsa are warm, knowledgeable and very experienced! They have a large variety of classes, offer privates and have a huge selection of Pilates equipment to keep the workouts interesting. There are anatomy posters on the wall and the owners offer a 500 hr. Pilates teaching training program-they really know their stuff! Highly recommend
