I have always been welcomed atmosphere to all the YMCAs I've ever visited over the years until I visited the one in downtown Tulsa. The were people unknowledgeable of your programs and rude to me. This would be the first bad experience I've ever had with YMCA. I know that a 3-day toon week pass free pass is allowed yet you're just people do nothing of it neither did your manager.

Friendly staff, tons of different classes offered at different times, and a super convenient location! My favorite class is 5:15 yoga on Thursdays.

This place is such a gem! Staff is so friendly and gym equipment is kept very clean and in good functioning condition!! I wish there was a space a little more well suited to floor workouts but its a small space and there can only be so much!

I enjoy going to the gym so much more now that I am a member of the Downtown YMCA. It's truly a great place!

The gym itself is nice, clean and conveniently located for downtown residents. The 1 star rating is for the unprofessional and downright rude customer service that was recently received on more than one occasion. Because of the lack of professional service received from this location I have now canceled my membership

I love this place! GO HERE FOR A FUN DAY AT THE YMCA! The staff are very nice and it's very clean and nice looking inside the buliding.

Date: 7/8/17. Waited outside with a few other people, Saturday morning for 30+ plus minutes. No one showed up to open facility. Tried to contact office. Went to Hutchinson instead. Will not be returning to the Downtown location.
