These people are terrible. NO BOOKKEEPING. We stopped going because there was NEVER the same instructors there. We stopped going AND paying in November and then started charging me again in January. They charged me for three months of lessons. AND WOULD NOT GIVE ME BACK THE MONEY. I tried for months. Even went down there to get reimbursed. Nothing...The people would hang up on me when they saw it was my number. I have never been so angry at a company

I love this place and most of the teachers. Classes are smaller so my children receive more attention than other places. I had to give feedback on one of the teachers and they took it seriously, I could tell the teacher received the feedback and improved.

UPDATE: I changed my rating from 5 stars to 1 star. I never authorized them to draft my account automatically, I was given that option when we signed up but didnt want it. We needed to take a month off and they charged us anyway, without authorization. I tried to call several times without a return call. When I finally had someone answer the call, I told them what happened and they said they would have a manager get back with me. After a few days, when I didn't receive a call back, I called again and had to leave a message for a manager to call. The next day I received a blank email from them with their policies attached. I called and asked for a manager again, none available. I went ahead and canceled due to the whole situation. I asked if my children could make up the missed classes that we paid for and was told no, since the classes were in the month prior. I will not go back there. They only care about taking your money. The teachers were very inconsistent about showing up, so they would scramble to cover the classes. I was willing to deal with that until this whole situation occured.

When I first moved to OKC, I had an interview here for a coaching position. It was January and was very cold outside, I wore my solid gray knit cap during my short walk from the car into the building, then took it off once I got inside. The lady interviewing me told me that my winter hat was not a part of the dress code, and that I wouldn't be able to wear it. So that was kind of obnoxious considering I only wore it outside, in the 15 degree weather, but whatever, I let it go.
I interviewed with Gayla, (who I might add, was wearing a purple velour jumpsuit, complete with rhinestones & brown glue dots where rhinestones used to be. This is the same person who criticized MY wardrobe)
The interview went really well and conversation flowed naturally. Considering I have more than 10 years of gymnastics under my belt, we had plenty of things to talk/geek-out about together.
At the end of my interview she asked me,
"So...are you like... a church going boy?"
I should have just not answered and told her it was unprofessional and illegal to ask someone that during their interview. But I was 19, in a new city and desperate for a job. So instead, I said "No, I grew up in the church but don't go anymore." She looked down at the floor and then said "Okay..... so do you have a girl friend?"
I am a gay man, and after the church question that I had just answered "incorrectly", I wasn't eager to share any more personal information with her. So I simply said "No."
Needless to say, I didn't get the job.

That job obviously wasn't right for me, but it would've been cool to have NOT been asked those questions during my interview. It remains sloppy, ignorant, and illegal, to ask about someone's religion during a job interview. Even in Gayla's world.

My daughter loves coming here and is learning quite a bit. I do get annoyed by the lack of communication. One day the building didn't have electricity and instead of emailing everyone, they left a note on the door. In this day of cell phones there is no reason for poor communication. I think the coach should also provide some sort of feedback.

The Ninja Zone class is great. However, the toddler class is was a waste of time. The teacher just calls out orders and stands there and stares at the children. She never engaged with the children or even demonstrated what needed to be done. I decided to drop them and turned in the necessary forms in August and they finished out the month. Then I was charged for September so I left a message and one of the employees returned my phone calls and promised that I would be reimbursed. My card is STILL being charged for both classes and now no one is returning my phone calls.

When we started at this gym we were e cited because the coaches were engaging and worked the kids hard. Around December 2016-January 2017 something changed. We noticed rules seemed much more lax. Kids allowed to play on apparatus without supervision. Toddlers of parents watching running out onto the floor with no repercussions. If any of this were merely one time foregiveable, but this became a regular practice. I will say the Ninja Zone was an amazingly fun class for my son. I hope they get this turned around!
