The secretary at the front has a major attitude problem and treats people like dirt. Also, good luck getting an appointment, you might be able to see them once a week, maybe.

PT Central has the most professional, most caring staff that I have ever had at a physical therapy establishment. Rory Baron, my PT really cares about his patients! He goes well above what his job description is to ensure his patients get the results they are looking for. His personality is not only very professional but very caring about what his patients are going through when they come in to see him. He is very encouraging and yet also lets a patient know if they can do better in a very professional manner. Rory goes out of his way to help his patients when he can. When I came to PT Central, I had just lost my finance'. He really worked with me and listened in between my therapy time, when I really needed someone. Rory was a God Send to me during this time. I have now graduated and am back to the self that I was four years ago when I broke my leg and received no therapy until I almost couldn't walk at all and my new doctor sent me to PT Central and Rory! I know Rory cares about all of his patients and he will make a wonderful owner when he decides to go that route! I am so thankful that I was sent to PT Center and received Mr. Rory Barron as my physical therapist. While I am here, I just want to say that everyone in this facility has done a superb job in their position, and I will highly recommend PT Central to all of my friends who need their services!

Just a quick shout out to the PTC Moore crew after two consecutive needling treatments. Customer Service-check. Clara was very engaging and very professional. Engaging and very polite-check. Foster was a pleasure to watch with his patients and such a polite young man. My PT was Rory who was awesome. Very knowledgeable and very patient throughout the entire process. These guys run a tight ship. I would definitely recommend this location!

I definitely recommend coming to this place. Clara the front desk person is awesome. She deals with my not wanting to come everyday. Love her!

Best place to get hands on and specific physical therapy. Everyone is professional, friendly and most importantly they listen to your needs. Had first shoulder surgery and Jake help me get all my range and strength back. When I had my other shoulder done I knew where I was going to get my physical therapy again. Great place!!!

This is my second time to need therapy and on both occurrences I used PT Central. The employees at this location really care about your well being and recovery.

What to do when you are a dentist recovering from a broken wrist surgery to your dominant hand? Trust the guys over at PT Central. Jake Shockley understands that I need to get my mobility and strength back quickly. They had hours that made it possible for me to come in after work. That is something that was important to me after 6 weeks off after surgery. They are friendly and truly caring. They listened to my needs and tailored the therapy to help me achieve my specific goals. I highly recommend Jake and the team at PT Central.

I had a great experience with Jake Shockley and staff at PT Central. I decided to try a physical therapist as I was just over a month away from a big endurance race but had been suffering from a bad knee pain that was preventing me from running at all! I was at the point I was about to give up on making it to the race. Jake worked with me closely and with his help I made the race and my knee was not an issue at all. I highly recommend PT Central and more specifically Jake. I wouldn't have even made it to the starting line without him.

Went in with hip/lower back pain and was very surprised that after four weeks I feel better than before my injury. This place is really an all in one. I feel like I was seen by a chiropractor, massage therapist, physical therapist and personal trainer each visit. They truly want to help you continue to heal long after you have recovered from your injury.

I've been a client for more than three weeks and I am very satisfied. I think I am progressing rather well. I've always felt welcome and they've always treated me with respect and empathy with regards to my temporary disability.

Great Customer Service, and a great facility. Went in with a minor issue with my knee, and received the same quality of service i would have hoped for it if was something major.. Staff is great and very understanding, office staff is great. If i need more, i know where i am going..

Wonderful staff!!! Jake is the best! Wouldn't go anywhere else. Hopefully, when my shoulder is fully rehabed I won't ever have the need again. But will definitely recommend to anyone needing physical therapy.
