I love the community and vibe of this studio! It's welcoming, inclusive, and warm. And the class music playlists are awesome! Megan is incredible, Adam is amazing, and I really enjoy and benefit from the variety of different classes offered. I just took the Yin Certification workshop, and I learned so much from Megan, who is extremely knowledgable, kind, and a such a bright light. I highly recommend taking classes here.
Friendly, non-judgemental atmosphere + knowledgeable, caring instructors. Clean facilities with lots of parking within a reasonable walking distance.
405 has nice facilities and available equipment as well as good class options for my schedule.
This studio offers high intensity power flow classes, but also focuses on developing community among the students and teachers. I have seen a huge change in my practice since I started attending regularly, and have made some great friends in the process. Rocket on fridays is definitely something to try. I hope to see more rocket classes on the schedule in the future!

405 is like a second home to me. I found my tribe there. The community there, including the teachers, and shift lead team, and all the other yogis really make it special. I have been to SO many yoga studios on the east coast, north coast, and in the south and this place has my heart. The physical challenge of 405's unique power flow sequences is exactly what I've been searching for, without even knowing it! It has helped me reach new goals in physical fitness, feeling more at peace with myself, and gaining more clarity about my place in the world.
